About Us

We are a Chilean Tour Operator & Travel Agency. We’ve been working for more than 10 years in this industry. We make unique and personalized each experience for every tourist that visits the central zone of Chile. We are committed to giving them the best memories of our country.

More than 90% of our team are Chileans; most of them come from different areas and regions of our country.

One of our policies involves working with native people, in that way we maximize each place we visit in our tours, its handicraft and handmade products, typical food and 100% Chilean experiences.

We train each member of the Lucero team, We take advantage of its ideas and contributions that they give us. We improve their abilities, and in that way achieve growing up together.

OUR SERVICE

We operate regular and private excursions from Monday to Sunday in the central area. Our tours are varied, our excursions are from Mountain, city, and vineyards. We do city tours, in Santiago, Valparaíso and Viña del Mar; We make panoramic mountain tours such as Portillo, Valle Nevado, and Farellones. We also do adventure tourism tours and connected to nature such as Hiking to Aguas de Ramón and Rafting in the Maipo drawer.

The vineyards we offer are Concha y Toro, Undurraga, Santa Rita, and Casas del Bosque with a bike tour through the vineyard. We also offer all those tours if you wish in private for individuals or companies, as well as, carry out tours tailored to what they require, in the Central Zone or other places of the country.

As Lucero Travel Chile does not miss any detail and worries that all the experience lived by travelers is of quality.

We offer the best and most modern fleet of vehicles, with all the comforts that travelers require so that in their transfers they can enjoy the whole tour in our excursions. Our fleet has a capacity of 5 – 31 passengers, prepared for all types of groups, large or small.

All our vehicles have air conditioning to make your trip more pleasant both in summer and winter, they also have panoramic view windows for travelers to enjoy the landscapes and fully appreciate the routes. The seats of the vehicles are executive type and armchair type, very comfortable to make your trip more pleasant and finally and most importantly, all vehicles have WI-FI available so that they can always be connected and sharing their experience in Chile.

To provide a complete and quality experience for all our tours, our tours are available in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Lucero Travel Chile will always be taking care of its passengers, that’s why we have a team of tourism professionals, certified in first aid, to address any risk situation.

And in the mountains, our guides are prepared with a monitor certificate of “Leave no trace” always taking care of the environment. They will be the ambassadors responsible for providing the best service, ensuring their safety and integrity in each of our routes.
