PAYMENT METHODS

It is important to know, in Lucero Travel Chile you can pay your tours by Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash ( $ Reales, $ US dollars, or $ Chilean pesos ).

• At the moment that you buy a tour on our website, you will have to pay 50% of the price to book the tour. You have the option to pay your full booking at the moment as well.
• If the customer makes a reservation and prefers to pay the day of the tour, then the reservation won’t be totally confirmed. Everything will be confirmed when one of our sellers sends you an email with your reservation. In the case that the customer wants to pay the day of the tour, they may pay in every method of payment mentioned before by Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash ( $ Reales, $ US dollars, or $ Chilean pesos ).
• If the customer books a package and didn’t pay on the website, it is important to know the customers must pay the day of the tour to the tour guide in charge.

SALES PROMOTIONS

The promotions offered on this website are not necessarily the same as those offered by other sales channels used by the company for example; physical stores, catalogs, and etcetera. Promotions work only indicated on our site, or in the advertising made by any providing company.

The tours that the customer chooses are subject to availability according to the once your reservation is complete the operators will use the dates you choose to create your itinerary.

CASH REIMBURSEMENT

In case of any circumstance of an inevitable event, weather conditions, manifestations, and or the country paralyzing: “Lucero Travel Chile” can cancel your trip and reschedule it for another date. If you are not able to reschedule, then 100% of your money will be reimbursed.

RETURNS AND CHANGES OF PURCHASES MADE BY INTERNET

• If you cancel your tour or touristic package 15 days before the date that it will occur, then we will apply a charge of 10% cancelation fee of the total.
• If you cancel your tour or touristic package 7 days before the date that it will occur, then we will apply a charge of 30% cancelation fee of the total.
• If you cancel your tour or touristic package 48 hours before the date that it will occur, then we will apply a charge of 50% cancelation fee of the total.
• If you cancel your tour or touristic package less than 47 hours before the tour will occur, then we will charge you 100% cancelation fee of the total.
• In special cases, if you need to cancel your tour for personal reasons you can go to the main office located in #563 Merced St., Santiago and talk to your seller to reach an agreement.
• In case of cash reimbursement, it should be noted that the deadline for delivery to your account will be between 10 to 15 business days depending on the procedures of WebPay and/or Transbank.

Observations: Your safety and the safety of our workers will always be ensured and if necessary the stops that are pertinent in the tour will be canceled, this will not be entitled to any type of refund of the total rate paid by the client in case of any circumstance of an inevitable event, weather conditions, manifestations, and or the country paralysing.
